We work with owners who understand what it means to own a rental property.  Just like a traditional business, expenses come up.  Real estate market conditions can cause both negative & positive outcomes to the value of your business and the net income it produces over time.  Our owners take pride in ownership and maintaining their properties’ longevity and health through routine preventive maintenance.  No one likes unexpected work orders and expenses affecting their bottom line.  A priority we share with our owners is the value of taking care of great tenants,  resolving matters efficiently, maintaining a safe environment, and reducing unnecessary expenses through our tenant university. 

The owners we work with trust our advice and judgment calls on what needs to be done for their property.  They rely on our expertise and leave the details to us with our established policies and procedures.  Our owners hire us to manage everyday tasks and unforeseen circumstances, so they don’t have to.  We will not be a good fit for your business model if you are actively involved in managing your rental property and simultaneously working with a property manager. 

We are not just a transactional type of business where you never hear from us once you are signed up.  We understand that our client’s needs can change at any time, and we want to be there to assist you.  We want to help our clients create a plan to execute their goals and be informed on laws,  codes, and other essential areas that apply to their rental properties.  We strive to do more for our clients that go above and beyond the typical property management services.
