All modifications and improvements must be cleared through your property manager in writing. Most owners are happy to help you feel at home with reasonable requests. If the answer is yes, you will be responsible for ensuring a professional job is performed and, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, you are responsible for all labor and material costs.
